Stakeholder communications and Community engagement

DD are experienced at delivering sensitive and controversial print relating to projects. We’ve worked with promoters, government organisations, planners and agencies on a range of activities including construction sector, retail openings, roads and cycle paths , large events and  transport launches. We understand the importance of community engagement and that communication is key.

We will help you interpret maps, plans and drawings to ensure the right addresses are reached. We will revisit letterboxes when required and also help you work with local community groups to ensure

We can interpret architectural drawings to map a delivery area to ensure the right parties are included.

How we work

Our experienced client account team will listen to your campaign requirements and offer our experience at providing more than 20 years service. They will use latest software to extrapolate the postcodes you want to target, the demographics you wish to reach or the list of households you wished delivered to. A campaign will be devised in conjunction with you the client and our operations team.

The operations manager will manage the teams to ensure the campaign is delivered accurately and on time. All of the team are branded with our hi-viz vests, hand gloves and, in these Covid-19 times, a mask.

At the end of the campaign we will report on the activity and feed-back.

Residential targeting

We provide residential targeting predominantly in Glasgow and the west cost of Scotland, although we have the technology and infrastructure to deliver further afield.

DD have got the local knowledge to back up any customer databases and segmentation you may have. This means we can help you pinpoint the postcodes and streets best reach your markets.
