Become an outlet
Do you want to have a what’s on display rack in your outlet free of charge? Direct Distribution have more than 27 years of providing leaflet and merchandising services and have, through their experience, developed a portfolio of racking solutions to suit the specific needs of every type of outlet.
Off the shelf racking solutions
Direct Distribution have a range of off the shelf racking solutions to suit every outlet:
Large rotating displays – high capacity displays found in very high-foot fall outlets such as shopping centres, Railway stations and supermarkets.
Freestanding, front facing displays – these tend to be made of wood, perspex or metal. They are available in a range of colours and wood grain. They are popular in high footfall outlets such as hotels, attractions and leisure centres
Counter top or wall mounted displays – we normally have these displays made of perspex, or wood. They are used in outlets with a medium to low footfall or outlets with very little floor space.
Our racks are bought from various sources. We use local suppliers where we can and over 80% of our displays are bought in Scotland. The majority of our floor standing displays are made of wood / wood products and as such are recyclable and highly environmentally friendly.
Bespoke and tailored racking solutions
If one of our off the shelf displays is not suitable for an outlet we can have a bespoke rack made. We have many examples of these throughout our portfolio of outlets. We currently prove successful racking solutions to many of our clients including Caledonian MacBrayne, Glasgow City Council, Edinburgh Waverley Eastcoast rail, Firstscotrail, Aberdeen Performing Arts, National Trust for Scotland, Falkirk Wheel and the Glasgow School of Art.
Don't just take our word for it
“At the Falkirk Wheel we have 500,000 visitors a year and a clear and easy to access what’s on information is essential for our customer experience. Our old displays were fragmented and not working. Having worked with Direct Distribution for a number of years we invited them to create a new ‘what’s on’ area in the visitor centre. Their innovative and responsive approach ensured we achieved our aim in building a better service for our customers”
