Direct Distribution have been providing targeted marketing services since 1988. It is essential that we provide a quality led service that provides our customers with the delivery and visibility in place and on time. We are members of IAPBD, the International Association of Professional Brochure Distributors, who operate their own code of conduct.

Staff resources - We have a team of 100 trained staff with over 150 years experience within our core team of 30 alone.

Warehouse – 10,000 square feet of high bayed warehousing with all of the correct tools and infrastructure to ensure the safe delivery and storage of your print and items. We also have space alarms with redcare.

Vehicles - High topped vehicles with tailored racking to ensure the safe keeping of your print.

Outlets - 1000s’ of outlets throughout  Scotland. Many are exclusive to DD. The outlets will either have one of our display racks or an agreed area for display. All of the outlets we target give us permission for display.

Racking - Purpose designed displays with our high visibility ‘what’s on’ logo.

Tracking - Satelite tracking for all of our vehicles.

Performance trail - A clear performance trail to allow us to know at any one time how your campaign is progressing, where your print is on display and which outlets have been targeted

Monitoring - Monitoring occurs throughout the campaign cycle, from IT system checks to physical checks and mystery shoppers.

Feedback and Reports – Stock reports and end of campaign reports can be provided to give you peace of mind

Couriers and  Sub-contractors – Direct Distribution carefully choose couriers and sub-contractors who we know work to our standards

Minimum Waste - We keep our clients up to date with stock movements and make recommendations on changes to campaigns if required to ensure minimum waste.

Recycle – we offer recycling facilities for out of date print if required. We also recycle plastics, pallets and cardboard.
